Your emotions sometimes get the better of you.
You see the inherent goodness of compassion, even if you don't always remember to give it to yourself! Even though you know that difficult emotions pass, you could benefit by improving the way you deal with them. Work on staying in the moment and not letting worry get the best of you. Remember to take a deep breath when problems come your way. It'll clear your head and give you a moment to assess the situation and think of a practical solution. Practicing mindfulness of emotional reactions and giving yourself loving kindness is a lifelong job, but you can do it. Keep at it!
