Mature

So, lately I've figured out that a lot of people hypothesize that I'm older in maturity than my physical age. Example: My best friend said "In maturity your age is like 18 or 21, and physically your age is like 13 or 14." Now, as you know, I'm eleven.
Maybe that's why my mom tells me to "lighten up" and "Don't grow up so fast." The thing is I can't control any of that. They're some of my personality traits. Most of them are set in stone. When I decided to be a doctor, I had no idea of what was in store for me. Now, I do. Something I've gotten used to is the nervous breakdowns and the anxiety. The perpetual need to get off my lazy but, and impact the world is a thirst that I can't quench just yet. It's hard to know that babies and women are dying everyday and there's nothing I can do about it. Sometimes I wish that my age in maturity is my physical age. Well,for now, I'll just have to keep on studying.
